Football trials on July 11
NEW DELHI: Open trials to pick talented footballers will be held at the Mamta Modern School in Vikaspuri on July 11 from 2 p.m. onwards. The trials will be held at the school premises.
The school had been adopted by the Sports Authority of India (SAI) and aspirants between 14 and 21 can participate in the trials. Interested candidates can report to Mr. Pratap Singh at the venue with valid age certificates. Mamta Modern is the only Delhi school to have won the Subroto Cup (in 1998) and had distinguished footballer Sunil Chettri among its ranks.
The trials will be held under the supervision of SAI officials, coaches and representatives from the Delhi Soccer Association.
