NCC camp under way

CHENNAI: A 10-day NCC camp is under way at A M Jain College, Meenambakkam. In addition to physical training, drill, weapon training and map reading for the 581 cadets from 39 educational institutions, classes on social service responsibilities, leadership, unity, discipline, health and hygiene are also part of the programme. Obstacle training and bayonet fighting for the 120 selected senior division cadets is on at the camp that began on Monday.
