HASSAN: The former Rajya Sabha member H.K. Javare Gowda on Saturday appealed to the Communist parties to reconsider their decision to oppose the nuclear agreement. “If they have any apprehensions with regard to the clauses in the agreement, it should be discussed ,” he said. Mr. Gowda said that the fact that the former President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam had endorsed it, was proof enough of its requirement.
