Curfew relaxed in Indore

BHOPAL: Curfew was relaxed for two hours on Saturday afternoon in 11 police station areas of Indore, which witnessed a fresh round of violence on Friday.

The city witnessed violence during Thursday’s bandh called by the VHP and the Bajrang Dal on the Amarnath Shrine Board issue.

Criminal cases under Section 302 (murder) of the IPC have been registered against three Indore policemen. In police search operations, petrol bombs have been seized since Thursday’s bandh.
