Levy of supplementary charge put off

KOCHI: The Railways’ decision to levy special supplementary charge on coal and coke group (Class 140), all kinds of ores and minerals, all POL products and all commodities in Class 120 and below which was to have come into effect on July 1, has been kept in abeyance, says a press release by the Palakkad Divisional Office.
