KOLLAM: C. Amalolbhavan, general secretary of Kollam Residents Apex Council, said here on Thursday that a decision had been taken to constitute a State-level federation of residents’ associations from all 14 districts. A seven-member committee has been constituted to coordinate the functioning of associations in various districts and prepare the structure of the proposed federation. A meeting of representatives of residents’ associations of all districts will be held in Kottayam in end-July.
