P.K. Misra, Director (Operations), RINL, explaining the model of VSP to the Parliamentary Standing Committee. Dr. Satyanarayana Jatiya and P.K. Bishnoi are also seen. VISAKHAPATNAM: Chairman Satyanarayana Jatiya and members of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Steel and Coal complimented RINL for its ‘turn around’ and excellent performance continuously for the last five years, the good work done in CSR areas and for taking up several modernisation schemes. They were also impressed with progress on Expansion work. Chairman and Managing Director of RINL, P.K. Bishnoi, and other senior officials made detailed presentation to the Committee on ‘Steel and Coal’ on above issues. The Chairman and members of the Committee also visited the plant and the expansion site to see the progress. They commended the workers. The committee appreciated RINL’s concern for iron ore and promised all help. Mr. Bishnoi thanked the chairman and committee members for their visit, suggestions and guidance.
