‘Implement pay panel report’

KOZHIKODE: The State committee of the National Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers has demanded the implementation, on an urgent basis, of the Sixth Pay Commission recommendations that benefited the employees.

K.J. Rafi, State president of the confederation, said it was in the fitness of things that the gramindak sevaks be incorporated into the Postal Department as Group D category employees. Mr. Rafi said memoranda have been submitted to the Prime Minister, Union Minister concerned and others to remove the anomalies in the Justice Sree Krishna Wage Commission recommendations.
