Piramal Healthcare buys German unit

MUMBAI: Piramal Healthcare, part of the Piramal Group, on Wednesday announced the completion of a definitive agreement with the Germany-based PlasmaSelect to acquire its polygeline-based blood plasma products marketed under the brand name ‘Haemaccel’ in over 38 countries, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. — Corporate Reporter
