District badminton
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Thiruvananthapuram district badminton championships will be held at the Sri Moolam Club from July 17 to 20. Competitions will be held in men, women, boys, girls, masters and veteran categories respectively. In boys and girls sections, competitions will be held in under-19, under-16, under-13 and under-10 categories.
The district team for the State championship will be chosen from this meet. Entries for the events should be forwarded through affiliated clubs to R. Rakesh Sekhar, secretary, TDBSA, TC 13/215, Moonumukku, Pettah. Telephone (0471 2743705). The last date for receiving entries is July 13.
