60 kg beef seized

Corporation officials seized and destroyed 60 kilograms of beef sold under unhygienic conditions at Manavalan Nagar on Monday. A Corporation press release said that if it was found that beef was mixed and sold with mutton, licence of the shop would be cancelled and action taken under the Public Health Act. — Staff Reporter
