HYDERABAD: Striker Prithvi struck thrice to guide Bhavan’s College (Sainikpuri) to an impressive 5-0 win over Malla Reddy Engineering College in the inaugural match of the Sachdev Sports Cup inter-collegiate football tournament, organised by the Shastri Soccer Club, at the Trimulgherry Village grounds, here on Monday. Joshua netted the other two goals. In another match, Loyola College recorded a 5-1 win over Chaitanya College with Yousuf scoring three goals and Prasanna and Vala one each. Pranitha for making it to Beijing Olympics. In a release, Mr. Satyanarayana said that Pranitha’s achievement would attract many youngsters to the sport. The 17-year-old archer bagged the coveted slot by topping the selection trial with a total of 5,167 out of a possible 5,760 points.
