Vijaya Dairy’s claim

The AP Dairy Development Cooperative Federation said the milk with brand name Vijaya Diary being supplied in Visakhapatnam are cheaper by Rs. 2 compared to the milk of other dairies.

Toned milk and whole milk will be sold at Rs. 20 and Rs. 24 a litre respectively from Tuesday compared to the price of Rs. 22 and Rs. 24 fixed by other dairies. Similarly DTM Plus and Diet Milk are available at Rs. 19 and Rs. 17 respectively, which is Rs. 2 cheaper than products of other diaries. DTM Plus (200 ml) costs Rs. 4, compared to Rs. 4.50 of other diaries.
