Bypolls on July 3

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The byelections in 21 local body wards in the State will be held on July 3. The State Election Commissioner P. Kamalkutty said here on Monday that all arrangements had been made for the smooth conduct of the elections. The counting would take place the next day. — Special Correspondent
