Protest against Governor’s decision

Jammu: Activists of the BJP, Panun Kashmir, Panthers Party and Bajrang Dal on Sunday staged a protest against the decision of Governor N.N. Vohra not to pursue the earlier request of the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board for forest land.

The BJP has called for a bandh on Monday in protest against the decision of the Governor as it has “hurt the sentiments of the Hindus.”
