HYDERABAD: A century by Faiz Ahmed (110 batting, 15x4, 2x6) and his unbroken 208-run stand for third wicket with captain Santosh Yadav (92 batting, 11x4) helped India Cements post 241 for two against Bharat Dynamics Ltd. on the first day of the A-Division (three-day) league cricket championship here on Tuesday. In another match, Md. Imran (125 batting, 15x4) helped Ensconse score 325 for five against Marredpally Colts. The scores: A-Division (three-day): SCRSA 206 (R.A. Viswanath 51, M. Shashavali 49, M. Pradeep five for 64, Praneeth Kumar four for 34) vs. Deccan Chronicle. India Cements 241 for two (Md. Faiz Ahmed 110 batting, Santosh Yadav 92 batting) vs. BDL. Evergreen 207 (J. Anshul Lal 71, Ashwin Yadav four for 27) vs. SBH 114 for one (Daniel Manohar 76 batting). Ensconse 325 for five (Md. Imran 125 batting, M.A. Rizwan 60 batting, B. Yaseen 48) vs. MP Colts.
