HYDERABAD: S.A. Wahab defeated Taha Kapadia 9-7 in the boys’ under-12 semifinals of the AP State Open junior tennis tournament at Meridian Tennis Academy here on Tuesday. HDAA selectionsThe Hyderabad District Athletics Association will conduct trials in the u-20, 18, 16 and 14 categories to select the district team at Osmania University grounds on June 30. Cricket selectionThe Osmania University will select its team for participation on HCA league tournaments at the Osmania cricket grounds on July 3 and 4. Boxing meetA district-level seniors boxing meet will be held at the Govt. Hospital premises, Madhurawada, from July 5 to 8.
