Facile win for National CC

MYSORE: An unbeaten 57 (9x4s) by opener M.G. Kiran Kumar helped National Cricket Club, Mysore, register a facile seven-wicket win over Mysore Cricket Club in the KSCA first division league tie played at the PET (Mandya) on Sunday.

The scores: First Division: Mysore CC 103 in 36.2 overs lost to National CC 104 for three in 19 overs (M.G. Kiran Kumar 57 n.o.).

Second Division: Mohan’s XI 115 in 32.5 overs (Pradeep four for 27) bt Vijaya CC (Hunsur) 101 in 31.5 overs (Srinivas 63, Manjunath six for 19).

Nanjangud CC 275 for seven in 50 overs (S. Deepak 64, Chethan 53, Arun Kumar 68) drew with Kuvempunagar CC 131 for eight in 49.3 overs.

Third Division: Lucky Boys CC (N’gud) 204 in 41.1 overs (Shekar 54, Manohar 50, Varun 69, Venkatesh four for 39) drew with KR Nagar CC 122 for seven in 52 overs.

Srigandha CC 47 in 20.3 overs lost to SGKM 48 for two in 8.3 overs.
