CERA, Karnataka dominate

BANGALORE: The second day of the National rowing championship at the Trishna Club, Ulsoor lake, was another day of heats and as many as 34 were held in various sections.

CERA (Corps of Engineers Rowing Association) and Karnataka dominated the men’s section after four rounds of repechages.

In the junior boys’ section, Kerala and West Bengal impressed, while in the junior girls’ category, Tamil Nadu showed its class.

West Bengal and Kerala entered the finals in three events. — Special Correspondent
