High Court sets aside university notification

HYDERABAD: Justice L. Narasimha Reddy of the High Court set aside the notification pertaining to recruitment to faculty of S. K. University Engineering College, Anantapur.

The Judge was allowing the writ petition filed by Srinivasulu and others who complained that the notification was vague. The court came to the conclusion that the notification issued in June calling for applications was vague regarding the number of posts etc., and the roaster points were not correctly identified. The notification for the recruitment was struck down giving liberty to the university to take up fresh recruitment after rectifying the defects.
