Bowlers have assessment session

BANGALORE: The bowlers had their assessment session inside the National Cricket Academy while the batsmen underwent medical tests at a nearby hospital during the preparatory camp for India ‘A’ and fringe players here on Friday.

Aashish Nehra, Ranadeb Bose, Vijay Kumar and V.R.V. Singh are yet to report to the camp. Meanwhile, injured speedster S. Sreesanth, nursing a left side strain, continued his rehabilitation programme at the academy. — Principal Correspondent
