HYDERABAD: The government has decided to take up strengthening of the internal cement concrete roads and underground drainage system with PVC pipes in rural mandals across the State.

The initiative approved by the State Cabinet is, likely to stir a controversy as the in-charge Ministers of the districts will alone exercise the choice in recommending and sanctioning the works.
