10 teams to search for murder suspect

NEW DELHI: Ten police teams have been formed to search for the domestic help who along with an accomplice allegedly murdered an elderly businessman in his house at Farsh Bazar in East Delhi in the early hours of Monday.

Three teams have been despatched to the Indo-Nepal border in search of Shankar Thapa and his accomplice who allegedly strangled electronic shop owner Anil Sharma and fled with valuables kept in the house. The incident had come to light around 2 a.m. on Monday when Mr. Sharma’s 74-year-old mother Indira Sharma woke up.
