MCD employee suspended

NEW DELHI: Municipal Commissioner K. S. Mehra on Tuesday ordered suspension of Sahinder Singh, Sanitary Superintendent of Shahdara (North) Zone, for dereliction of duty and indifference to the job entrusted to him.

According to a Municipal Corporation of Delhi release, it was found that removal of garbage, standard of sanitation and cleanliness in the areas under Mr. Singh’s supervision was not up to the mark.
