Big win for Young Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Young Hyderabad drubbed Boys Union 7-0 in the ‘B’ division hockey league championship at AOC grounds here on Monday.

Nikhil, Ahmed, Harish, Musharraf (twice), Sanjeev, Samir scored.

St. Patrick’s posts win

St. Patrick’s High School recorded a four-wicket win over Bhavan’s Cricket Academy in the under-13 category of the fifth Paradise Persis Gold Cup cricket tournament here.

The scores: Sportive CC 122 for eight lost to Vijayanand CC 123 for four (Siddhantha 30); Bhavan’s CA 131 for seven (Shubham 34, Varun 46, Hussain three for 25, Bhagath three for 36) lost to St. Patrick’s HS 133 for six (Nitesh 52, Rav 37, Vaibhav four for 24).
