Court gives custody of child to mother

Kochi: A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court on Friday gave custody of a four-year-old girl child to her mother after the police traced the child to Goa and produced her before the bench. The Bench comprising Justice P.R. Raman and Justice T.R. Ramachandran Nair passed the order on a habeas corpus petition filed by Candace Elizabeth Rebeiro of Valiathura in Thiruvananthapuram.
