VIJAYAWADA: Krishna district Joint Collector G. Ramnarayana Reddy on Sunday inspected the ongoing work of widening of ghat road atop Indrakeeladri and asked officials of Sri Durga Malleswara Swamivarla Devasthanam to take steps for completion of the works by Dasara in October. Mr. Reddy said removal of debris from the ghat road should be done immediately and the retaining walls should be constructed before the festival. Vijayawada Sub-Collector Gaurav Uppal, Police Commissioner K.V. Rajendranath Reddy, and other officials were present.
