Flight develops snag, lands safely

CHENNAI: A British Airways flight from London developed a technical snag while landing at the Chennai airport late on Monday night.

However, the flight landed safely. Airport sources said the pilot of the flight Boeing 772 declared an emergency due to hydraulic failure. The snag was attended to and the flight left Chennai airport on Tuesday morning, airport sources added.
