Life term for two in murder case

Munger: A fast track court on Tuesday awarded life imprisonment to two person involved in the killing of a man for failing to pay extortion money.

After hearing both sides, Additional District Judge Prem Darshan Singh found Sukho Mandal and Beer Balak Mahto guilty of killing Umakant Yadav and awarded life imprisonment to them. The court awarded life imprisonment after considering the arguments of the lawyers from both the sides and absolved Usha Devi and Kallu Mandal as the investigating agencies could not prove the charges against them in the murder case.
