Lucky Star FC posts win

Mysore: A brace by Ibrahim (47th & 58th minutes) and a goal each by Rafi (eighth) and Ameen (45th) helped Lucky Star FC (Bannur) register a 4-2 victory over Citizen FC in the MDFA ‘C’ division football league ‘C’ group match at the Doddakere Maidan, here on Monday.

Sachin (55th) and Suvan (33rd) scored for Citizen FC.

Earlier on Sunday, Panthers FC drubbed Bravers FC 10-0 in a ‘B’ group tie. Panthers FC entered the super league.

Easy for RBN CC ‘A’

Helped by a four-wicket haul including a hat-trick by medium-pacer Muzamil Pasha, RBN CC ‘A’ defeated Young Merchants CC by nine wickets in a KSCA Mysore Zone first division league cricket match at the Gangothri Glades ground here on Sunday.

The scores: YM CC 61 in 28 overs (Muzamil Pasha four for four) lost to RBN CC ‘A’ 65 for one in 10 overs (Dhananjaya Murari 40 n.o.)
