Mathura: A trader was shot at and looted of silver ornaments by three motorcycle-borne assailants near Kacchi Sadak in the district on Saturday. Kanhaiya Lal (30) was on his way to railway station when the assailants tried to snatch the ornament bag and as he resisted they fired at him, SSP R. K. Chaturvedi said. They later escaped with the bag, he added.
