Mukilesh scalps five

CHENNAI: U. Mukilesh (five for 19) starred in Little CA (boys) four-run win over Little Hearts CA (girls) in the Parents’ Trophy under-13 cricket tournament held here.

Little Masters CA (boys) 114 for seven in 25 overs (U. Mukilesh 30, C.V. Swetha three for 11, Sumedha Giridaran four for 13) bt Little Hearts CA (girls) 110 in 24.3 overs (R. Charulatha 39 not out, U. Mukilesh five for 19).

JS Rao CA 155 for seven in 30 overs (Daryl S Ferrario 37, M. Nishanth 51) bt Little Masters CA 66 for six in 30 overs.

Audhi Chetty MCA 59 for six in 30 overs (Sandhiya four for seven) lost to Little Hearts CA 60 for five in 16.5 overs.

Sridhar sizzles

Sridhar’s unbeaten 66 helped Covansys CSC defeat Redington by seven wickets in the Seventymm Corporate Twenty20 cricket tournament, organized by VS Sports Network, here.

Good spell by Vishag

Vishag’s four for 18 enabled AMCA defeat MGCA by 10 wickets in the Audhi Chetty Memorial Cricket Academy tournament here..

The scores: Asiatic CA 143 for six in 25 overs (K.R. Dinesh Kumar 37, S. Akshy 39) bt Kedar’s CA 130 for eight in 25 overs (P.B. Anirudh 32 not out, R. Lokesh three for 32).

MGCA 93 in 24.2 overs (Hari Venkatesh 30, Kartik Prabhu three for eight, Vishag four for 18) lost to AMCA 94 for no loss in 20.4 overs (Karthik Sriram 50 not out, R. Venkat Narayanan 31 not out).
