Bank donates 1 crore for relief

JAIPUR: The State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur has donated Rs.1 crore to the Rajasthan Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. It is the first financial institution in the country to take such an initiative to provide relief for the victims of this past Tuesday’s bomb blasts in the Rajasthan capital.

The bank’s Managing Director, Arun Shandilya, handed over a cheque for Rs.1 crore to Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje as a “token of support and solidarity” with the victims of the bomb blasts. He reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to the service of humanity.
