Call to fill vacancies

PUDUCHERRY: The Pondicherry PWD Junior Engineers’ Welfare Association on Friday urged the government to take immediate steps to fill the vacancies in the Public Works Department.

In a statement here, Pazha. Arunagiri and R. Devadoss, president and general secretary respectively of the association, urged the government to immediately fill the four vacancies for the post of executive engineer, 34 vacancies for the post of assistant engineer and 35 vacancies for the post of junior engineers as per the recruitment rules.
