Man dies in road accident

Pushcart vendor A. Ramana, 54, died on Thursday morning at KGH while undergoing treatment for the head injury, which he had received after being hit by a lorry. A resident of Marripalem, Ramana received serious head injuries when a lorry going from Kancharapalem Bridge towards NAD junction hit him on Wednesday night when he was returning home. The lorry driver is absconding. Fifth Town SI V. Babji Rao is investigating.
