Prevent outbreak: Collector

MAHABUBNAGAR: Collector V. Usharani exhorted the officials, NGOs and members of IMA to take measures to prevent outbreak of seasonal diseases rather than remedial measures later.

Addressing the district Task Force meeting on water, rector-borne diseases and other communicable diseases here on Thursday the Collector wanted precautionary measures to be taken as an early monsoon was predicted.

The Collector stressed the need for wide publicity about the preventive measures to avoid outbreak of dengue, malaria and gastro enteritis.
