Bar council to meet Governor

BANGALORE: The Karnataka State Bar Council on Wednesday condemned the Hubli bomb blasts. Council Vice-Chairman Muniyappa, told press persons here that the council members would shortly meet Governor Rameshwar Thakur and urge him to take appropriate steps to arrest the persons responsible for the blasts.

It also urged the authorities to hold a judicial inquiry into the death of an advocate in police custody in Allahabad jail on May 13. — Staff Reporter
