Businessman robbed at knife-point

NEW DELHI: Four unidentified men allegedly took a businessman and his family hostage at knife-point and made off with cash and jewellery at Patel Nagar here over the weekend.

The incident took place around 2 p.m. when the young men armed with knives reached the house of Prem Luthra (55) in East Patel Nagar. When he opened the door, the four pushed Mr. Luthra aside and barged into the house. Besides Mr. Luthra, his wife, daughter-in-law and their domestic help were also present in the house. The robbers tied and locked them in a room. The four than ransacked the house and allegedly made off with the booty.
