Birthday celebrations of Sir Arthur Cotton

HYDERABAD: The State centre of the Institution of Engineers (India) will organise 206th birthday celebrations of Sir Arthur Cotton on May 15. M.V. Rao, former Vice-Chancellor, Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University and MLC, will be the chief guest. B. Guruprem, former director WALAMTARI and principal, Kshtriya Engineering College, will deliver the keynote address. E. Hanumantha Chary, chairman of the institution, will preside. –Special Correspondent
