Y. Satyanarayana VISAKHAPATNAM: Principal of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College of Law, Andhra University, Y. Satyanarayana, has been invited as an expert to address the three-day international conference on ‘Towards a Constitution in Nepal’ from May 14, to be held at Dhulikhel in Nepal. In tune with the restoration of the parliamentary form of democracy in Nepal, the conference is primarily intended to deliberate on different issues to be included in the new constitution. Prof. Satyanarayana’s expertise is sought in the area of federalism in the perspective of Nepal. He is an acknowledged expert in federalism and has done his doctoral research on the subject. In total three experts from India have been invited for the conference. The other two are former Chief Justice of India J.S. Verma, and Senior Advocate of Supreme Court, R. Venkataramani.
