Fake certificate racket busted

VISAKHAPATNAM: Two persons were taken into custody in a fake certificate racket on Friday. According to City Task Force SI Ananda Reddy, a missionary school at Gajuwaka opened a branch in Town Kotha Road recently. Principal of the branch D. Venkata Ramana alleged influenced the Gajuwaka branch principal Issac Ratna Kumar to issue fake certificates after taking bribe from applicants.
It was found that the accused persons were demanding Rs.1,000 for issuing TC, study and conduct certificates to the students. On a tip-off, the police conducted a raid and took both the accused persons into custody.
