Lok Satta Party nominee files papers

VIZIANAGARAM: Reddi Lakshmi Naidu, nominee of the Lok Satta Party for the by-election to Therlam Assembly constituency, filed three sets of papers before Returning Officer R. Thyagaraju at 11.05 am on Friday. Party district president B. Babji filed two sets of papers as a dummy candidate. The entire process ended on low-key. Earlier, party cadres took out a silent procession.
