Polio check-up camp

A free polio check-up and wheelchair camp will be conducted at Agarwal Bhavan, Balarengapuram in the city on Sunday.

According to a press release, the camp will be conducted between 10 a.m. and 12 noon. Polio affected persons, who do not have a wheelchair, can attend the camp. After a check-up, doctors will give proper advice and refer them for free surgery, if necessary. The Mayor, G. Thenmozhi, will distribute the wheelchairs to beneficiaries. The free camp will be organised jointly by Madurai North Indians’ Welfare Association and Narayana Seva Sansthan (Trust), Udaipur, Rajasthan.
