Staff Reporter

Bangalore: To help students make a decision about careers and different courses, The Hindu EducationPlus has organised a Pre-Counselling Guidance programme on Wednesday at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Bhavan on Miller Road at 10 a.m.

The student-friendly programme is aimed at ending any doubts and confusion in the minds of those who have appeared for the Common Entrance Test (CET) and entrance examination conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K). The experts’ panel comprises Sabyasachi Chatterjee from the Indian Institute of Astrophysics; Srini Rajam, chairman and chief executive officer of Ittiam Systems; Jatinder Mohan, founder-director of People Skills Learning Pvt. Ltd.; S. Kumar, executive secretary, COMED-K; and Syed Jamal from the Karnataka Examinations Authority.

The Hindu EducationPlus Career Guide 2008 will also be launched at the sessio. Admission for students and their guardians to the session is free.
