Indian companies rush to list in London

CHENNAI: Cains, a leading offshore legal advisor to Indian companies in international listing process, has said Indian businesses featured prominently in the list of overseas companies raising funds through a listing on London’s alternative investment market (AIM). Indian companies incorporated in the Isle of Man (an international finance centre situated in the middle of the Irish Sea at the centre of the British Isles) and listed on AIM represent a significant proportion of the Isle of Man’s AIM total with a combined market capitalisation of over £2.2 billion. — Corporate Reporter
