Over 2,900 sit for jail warder post exam

CUDDALORE: A total of 2,925 candidates took the examinations for Grade II Jail Warder posts held at three centres in Villupuram and Cuddalore districts on Sunday.

In Villupuram, 1,750 candidates turned up at two centres — Theivanai Ammal College for Women and Elumalai Polytechnic College. In Cuddalore, 1,175 candidates sat for the examinations at St.Joseph’s Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Manjakuppam.
