Archana advances

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Archana Venkatraman scored a 6-1, 6-1 win over Cindana Manickavel to enter the second round of the qualifying competitions of the ITF BSNL Kerala Open women’s tennis tournament at the TTC courts here on Saturday.

The main draw of the championship is to be held from Monday.
