Kesoram suspends work at spun pipes division

KOLKATA: B. K. Birla group company Kesoram Industries on Tuesday declared a work suspension at its spun pipes and foundries section located at Addconagar in Hooghly district, West Bengal.Company officials were not available for comments, but a posting on the Bombay Stock Exchange said that the work suspension was declared due to day-to-day low production, quality problems and high rejection leading to serious financial crisis and very high losses. — Special Correspondent
