Eaton to buy Kirloskar engine valve business

CHENNAI: Eaton has agreed to purchase the engine valve components division of Kirloskar Oil Engines, located in Ahmednagar and Nashik, in Maharashtra. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter. With this acquisition, the company will have manufacturing presence in all four of business groups. — Corporate Reporter
