New V-Cs for U.P. varsities

LUCKNOW: U.P. Governor T. V. Rajeswar has appointed new Vice-Chancellors of two universities. Former State Chief Secretary V. K. Mittal has been appointed Vice-Chancellor of Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, according to a Raj Bhawan release here on Saturday. Vinod Malhotra, Chairman of the Board of Revenue, has been appointed V-C of Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur. PTI
